Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original designer tags to be eligible for a refund.

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
